1. Crowdloans of several projects launched
The date when the Polkadot parachain auctions will start is getting closer. It was settled up to 11th November 2021. Last week some projects already started the crowdloan that supports them in the upcoming auctions. Projects like Acala, Moonbeam, Astar, Parallel Finance or Manta launched the crowdloan and if you are curious about the various bonuses that can reward you by participating, go through our recent ultimate guide to the parachain auctions.
We also published an article on how to contribute to the crowdloans. Because there are several ways how to do that besides Polkadot JS. And some methods even help you to stay liquid with your (synthetic) DOT.
2. Kusama auctions still ongoing, 13th auction has won Pioneer Network
Canary network of Bit.Country called Pioneer has just won the 13th parachain auction on Kusama. This win happened without any surprise because Pioneer was in the lead for the whole period of time of the auction itself. With 202k KSM raised, it was an even more successful auction player than the previous Picasso, who raised 115k KSM.
For other auctions, projects such as Quartz and Genshiro have the highest chance to succeed.
Bit.Country and Pioneer Network enables everyone to start their own metaverse for their people with the 3D world, NFTs, play-to-earn & build communities to earn. This can take the community engagement to a new dimension on web3.0.
3. SushiSwap goes to Moonriver
Sushi is currently live on Moonriver! This connection was communicated way before, so the community was eagerly looking forward to this finally happening.
Because Moonriver is a separate blockchain secured by Kusama, transactions on Moonriver’s blockchain such as swaps or liquidity providing will use MOVR to pay the network fees. If you were using Sushi before, you will use the same UI but just with a different network. The interoperability with Ethereum has just begun!
4. Energy Web bridges to the Moonriver network
Energy Web is finally connected with the whole Kusama ecosystem by using the bridge to Moonriver and when Kusama will bridge to Polkadot even to the “older brother’s chain”.
By using Meter Passport, you can now use $EWT in the Moonriver and its dApps, so even on SushiSwap.
