1. USDT Tether is now live on Polkadot
In April, we informed you that USDT Tether was launched on Kusama. Now the time comes and USDT Tether, the largest dollar-pegged stablecoin with capitalization almost reaching $70B is launching on Polkadot.
You all probably know, that there are already two stablecoins in Polkadot Network. While aUSD (Acala dollar) has been depegged for a while and transactions were paused due to the misconfiguration bug, the BAI stablecoin from AstridDAO runs on the Astar Network. But according to the liquidity and market capitalization, USDT is such an unbeatable beast.
USDT is being minted on the Statemint parachain, which is a common good parachain focused on the deployment of both fungible and non-fungible tokens (NFTs), similarly to Statemine on Kusama.
Tether’s USDT is the third biggest cryptocurrency according to CoinMarketCap and is live also on blockchains Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche, Algorand, Tron, EOS, Liquid Network, Omni, Kusama, NEAR and Bitcoin Cash’s Standard Ledger Protocol.
2. Quartz won the 53rd auction on Kusama
Quartz has recently won the 53rd auction on the Kusama Network. By self-funding 1 005 KSM, this canary of Unique Network, reserved another slot for themselves for a relatively cheap price.
Quartz is already a winner of the 14th parachain auction, but the slot will expire in November. The tactics of self-funding second and other slots is quite popular among parachains.

3. Moonbeam added to the Wormhole bridge
Moonbeam Network was recently added to the Wormhole token bridge. After Karura and Acala, it's the third parachain of the Dotsama ecosystem, that is now connected with other networks using the Wormhole bridge such as Ethereum, Avalanche, BSC, Fantom, Polygon, Solana or Near.
The tokens bridged to Moonbeam via Wormhole could be used in DeFi on Moonbeam, where the tokens themselves will be identified with the ending .wh such as ETH.wh, USDC.wh or WBTC.wh.
Moonbeam is a Polkadot parachain, which provides full cross-chain interoperability between Polkadot & Ethereum. Moonbeam’s representation of ERC-20 tokens are XC-20 tokens, which are are Polkadot-native tokens which are enable to transfer via XCM to other Polkadot networks.
4. SubWallet will be integrated with Bit.Country Pioneer
Bit.Country recently announced an official partnership with SubWallet. SubWallet will be soon integrated with Bit.Country Pioneer application as a user-friendly and simple-to-use wallet extension. 5. Parallel wallet is now available for your browser
